Indian Sneaker Festival (ISF) – India’s biggest sneaker and street culture festival, bringing together top global and homegrown brands, music, and fashion. The 2025 edition was set to be the biggest ever, headlined by none other than 21 Savage, marking a historic moment for hip-hop in India.

Our Task
Our Task
To manage all media & marketing end-to-end for India’s largest celebration of streetwear & hip-hop culture. This includes but not limited to Branding, all creatives, sponsor posts, key creative, Performance (Email, WhatsApp, Meta) The primary objective - to maximizing ticket sales & cultural impact of Indian Sneaker Festival and establish the festival as the premier streetwear & hip-hop culture celebration in India.

What we did
Designed and executed high-impact digital campaigns to build anticipation.
Worked closely with Indian Sneaker Festival owners to devise strategies to maximize the cultural impact & awareness about the festival.
Curated engaging social media content, including brand partnerships (with household names like Puma, New Balance, Jack Daniel’s, BIRA 91, Jose Cuervo, BMW Motorrad & many more), artist spotlights (with global sensations like 21 Savage, Hanumankind, Ritviz, & many more), countdowns, and interactive posts.
Planned and produced over 15 3D content pieces to foster brand collaborations with big names like Puma & Foot Locker.
Amplified the festival’s reach with strategic influencer collaborations, vox-pops, and content planning & creation.
Collaborated closely with the offline creatives (WMS) team to develop offline marketing strategies, including large-scale billboards placed all around Delhi NCR, and on-site creatives.
Managed event coverage with live event-day posting (including influencer collaborations), behind-the-scenes content, and performance recaps.
Managed a Meta Ads spend of over ₹5 lakhs to raise awareness about the festival & drive ticket sales generating 70M+ impressions and 700k ticket-page views.
Managed other marketing activities including WhatsApp broadcast strategy and e-mail campaigns.
